Our financing model enables multiple purchasing options such as:
• Credit Card: This is the quickest and easiest way to purchase our properties. Simply use our online credit card portal.
• Cash: For those who would like to purchase your property with cash, we except certified checks and/or money orders.
• Owner Financing: For those who may not be able to afford by purchasing through credit card or cash, we also provide “Owner will Carry” loans. This basically means that Paradise West Properties, LLC will carry the loan for you and you would provide us monthly payments like a typical bank loan. No banking approval is needed! We provide the loan for you! Typically, our loans range anywhere from 12 – 36 months. However, Paradise West Properties LLC is flexible and will work with you in anyway possible to meet your budget! A low loan/document preparation/escrow fee for all financed properties will be added to the total cost of the land. The document preparation/escrow fees are $300.
Once payment for the property is received in full, a special warranty deed will be prepared and issued, transferring ownership and title of property to you. Deeds are sent out within 48 hours of receiving full payment for the purchase price.
